F. Kate Langan is a constant writer. Her novels and much of her poetry explore the blurred line between the powerful and the power-less and how easy it is to slip from one side to the other.
For years she worked as a freelancer for magazines and radio and has over seventy five articles published in national and international publications. Her first book won two awards: The Dartmouth Book Award for Non-Fiction, 2001, and The God Uses Ink award for History/Biography, 2001. Now she writes fiction and poetry, some of which can be found in these pages.
Kate lives with her husband, John, and two rescue cats, Tommy Two Stroke, and Lucy One Stroke. They are empty nesters with one successful, grown-up child whose artwork can be seen here http://www.cameronax.com/
